Action Plan Template
To improve customer satisfaction you need to improve the customer experience, and that means doing something differently.
Organisations are often quite good at coming up with ideas, but not so good at following through to deliver change. This simple template is designed to help bridge the gap between ideas and action.

How to use this template
Start with your goal. What is it you're trying to achieve that your survey has shown will make a difference to customers (e.g. shorter lead times).
What measures and indicators can you use to assess whether your action plan is helping to deliver against this goal? Your next survey will be the ultimate test, but it’s a good idea to have operational measures that can serve as a proxy in the interim.
Now start logging the actions you’re going to take, on a timeline starting from now. What are you going to do, when, who’s in charge of making it happen, why do you believe it will help, and what resources will it be necessary to work with to deliver change?
