Early Release: The Index of Consumer Sentiment Q3 2024
This is an early release of the data for the Q3 2024 UK Index of Consumer Sentiment, from TLF Research.
The overall Index of Consumer Sentiment has increased signficantly to 75.4. This is its highest level since 2021, and a return to pre-pandemic norms of consumer sentiment. Download the early release now to see the overall and question trends.
The research was carried out on our consumer panel in July 2024, and is based on 2,970 responses. The full report with detailed analysis on what is driving the increase will follow in September.
Overall Trend
The overall Index of Consumer Sentiment has increased significantly to 75.4. This is its highest level since 2021, and a return to pre-pandemic norms of consumer sentiment.
